A lady was arrested on May 28 after assaulting a Starbucks customer and hurling racial epithets at the store manager. On Thursday, the Mountain View Police Department released a statement regarding it.
Misdemeanor violence and hate crime charges were filed against Daixin Neill Quan. Officers were dispatched to the Starbucks on San Antonio Road.

Daixin Neill Quan made headlines recently after a racist incident at a Starbucks. Neill Quan is the owner and founder of Revocomm, according to his Facebook page.
She was also a web developer at AE-Ventures in the past. Neill has also worked as a Contract Branding/Web Designer for Trinity Financial.
She was also a previous communications intern in the Mayor’s Office in Rochester, New York’s Bureau of Communication.
Shimen Middle School (Shishan Campus)/SMSSC was her alma mater. Daixin then went on to Boston University to pursue a bachelor’s degree in communication sciences.
More specifically, she earned a bachelor’s degree in International Business and Economics from Macau University of Science and Technology.

Daixin Neill Quan was arrested for a racially motivated attack on a Starbucks employee, and the story swiftly spread across all social media sites.
No one did anything to provoke her, according to Santa Clara County District Attorney Jeff Rosen.
Both of Quan’s charges were categorised as misdemeanours. She was detained and released on $10,000 bond from the Santa Clara County Jail.
What Did Daixin Neill Do?
Daixin Neill Quan attacked the customer after noting his accent, according to interviews with the victim and witnesses. Quan also approached a Starbucks employee, telling him to “return to your country” or risk being “deported back to Mexico.”
The individual was not Mexican, but of Indian ancestry. After the victim began recording the incident, Daixin slapped her many times and scratched her neck.
Other patrons intervened to keep them apart. She also sought a Hispanic youngster, according to Santa Clara County District Attorney Jeff Rosen, until the girl’s father interfered.
