Meg Lanning (Cricketer): Career
On December 6, 2008, she played her first game for the Victorian Spirit against the South Australian Scorpions. She got 3 runs, and Victoria won by 45 runs. She played in three more games that season, but Victoria lost the Grand Final to New South Wales.
During the 2009-2010 season, she played in 6 T20 games for Victoria. Her best game was 52 not out against Tasmania, which was also her best score. Lanning played her first game for Australia against New Zealand at Saxton Oval on December 30, 2010. She scored ten runs, and Australia won by four wickets.
