Fotini Gennimata, also known as Photeine Gennemata [‘fofi jenima’ta] in Greek, was a Greek politician and president of the Panhellenic Socialist Movement from 2015 to 2021. She was also the co-founder and leader of the Democratic Alignment, a pair of political alliances that were formed around PASOK. She was the daughter Georgios Gennimatas who was a prominent PASOK minister in the 1980s and 1990s.
